Olsberg's melting operation includes the following:

• Fully automatic Küttner kiln charging system consisting of five separate material hoppers with vibrating chutes, one coke hopper, one lime hopper, and one charging conveyor with three charging chambers
• Cold blast cupola furnace make Küttner with oxygen injection, capacity 7 t/h
• Cupola furnace dry dedusting system, make Beth
• 8 t medium-frequency induction furnace for duplex process, make ABB, including ring exhaust system
• Dry dedusting plant, make Scheuch
• Holding furnace 60 t (useful capacity 45 t), make ASEA
