Core shop

The core shop serial casting works with the following equipment:

• Core shooter full automatic 12 l, make Laempe
• Two fully automatic core shooters KSA 15, make Reißaus & Baumberg
• Core shooter full automatic 25 l, make Laempe
• KSA 30 fully automatic core shooter, made by Reißaus & Baumberg
• Core shooter 100 l, make Laempe
• Absorber for above mentioned core shooters, make B.G.T.

Fully automatic core sand mixing and distribution plant, make Segab.

A continuous mixer from Wöhr with a capacity of 15 t/h is used in the core shop for hand-molded castings.
